Health Dimensions provides many free health risk assessments as a standard part of an Expo because we believe in the power of prevention. We organize a comprehensive event to ensure your employees receive the best state-of-the-art screening services.

In addition to the free screenings listed above, you may also choose to add the following screenings at a low cost:

Blood Glucose (Diabetes)

Anyone over the age of 40 and overweight is at risk for developing late onset diabetes, especially if a family history exists for the condition. The guidelines used are those of the American Diabetes Association. Participants outside the recommended ranges will be referred to their physician for follow-up.

Cholesterol Testing

Elevated cholesterol is a primary indicator of relative risk for heart disease. Results in 3 minutes and no fasting is required. Testing involves a fingerstick blood test.

Bone Density Testing

Bone mass measurements can often be helpful in assessing a person’s risk for osteoporosis. Ultrasound technology measures bone density in the heel and the examination takes only a few seconds. Results and counseling are available immediately.

Flu Shots

Every year, millions of employees miss work due to flu symptoms. Protect your staff by offering them annual immunizations; based on seasonal availability.
